Eater Dallas (October 5, 2017) – A perennial Uptown favorite, Malai Kitchen is set to debut its third location in Fort Worth. The six-year veteran of West Village will open an outpost at The Shops at Clearfork next week according to a press release, with plans to stick true to its vision of serving up classic Thai dishes with housemade ingredients (like curry paste, sriracha, and coconut milk, all made at the restaurant) alongside a few new additions, like a Panang curry duck breast and pan-roasted halibut.
The impressive 3,000 square-foot, 76-seat space is equal parts sleek and inviting with dramatic lighting, oversized booths, and a “stunning” bar area. Other points of interest include an impending outdoor patio, a windowed fermentation room, custom-built coconut grater and the open kitchen in the center of the restaurant which will allow diners to witness all the kitchen action.
Malai Kitchen Fort Worth is set to arrive on Monday, October 9. It will be open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m. Brunch is Saturday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
